The AI agent is built around your service content, frequently asked questions, documents and website material. The goal is to create a useful assistant that can guide users and support customer service in a practical way.

What happens after launch?

After launch, the AI agent can help answer recurring questions, guide users and collect useful information from customer interactions. The knowledge base can also be updated over time based on real user needs.

How does the service work?

The chatbot is planned as a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) feature. It can be connected to the e-Myynti environment and, depending on the final implementation, also to the customer’s own website.
