How is the commission fee charged?
The review period for commission pricing is one calendar year, and the billing period is one calendar month. The tiered commission is based on the total turnover accumulated during the calendar year, which determines the monthly commission rate according to the commission table.
The commission percentage is calculated from the month’s total amount excluding VAT.
How does billing work?
Billing takes place monthly and includes the service usage fee and the commission share based on the invoicing accumulated during the previous month. The commission share is calculated from the total turnover generated through e-Myynti campaigns, excluding VAT.
Commission pricing is tiered and based on the turnover processed through e-Myynti.

What does customization cost?
Implementing customization requires ordering the Premium version or upgrading the service to Premium, in which case the system is installed as an Onsite server solution. After reviewing the required development work, we will prepare a separate cost estimate where the implementation cost is based on estimated work hours and actual time used.
Does the Premium solution affect the monthly fee?
Using the Premium Onsite package does not normally affect the monthly price. However, if website traffic grows significantly or exceeds the normal level during certain months, the system configuration may need to be upgraded. In that case, we will inform the customer in advance and update the configuration only after the customer’s approval.

The better the configuration in use, the less risk there is of server overload and unexpected slowdowns.

For integrations, we review the connectivity and compatibility requirements of the third-party interface. If integration is possible, we will prepare a cost estimate for the integration work.
