How does Live Chat work in practice?
Live Chat is a tool that allows you to manage conversations independently and guide your customers through messaging during the times you choose. Live Chat can also include multiple users and communication rules. Monitoring and managing chat is easy through a mobile device or computer. A free mobile app can be downloaded, allowing you to manage conversations in the background whenever you want to be available live.
Live Chat setup
Live Chat is set up in the e-Myynti system or on the URL address you choose. We configure the default settings and connect the service for use.
What does the monthly fee include?
The service is based on a monthly fee and is billed in three-month periods.
